Daily doses can be broken into smaller doses and taken throughout the day.
Children that are 12 years or younger old should be given 1 to 2ml per day.
Adults should be given 1 to 3 ml per day.
Animals should be administered between 0.5 and 2 ml per day.
Remember: Our pure, full extract CBD oil (FECO) is much stronger than other products on the market. For this reason, our dosage instructions may seem low to you at first.
The easiest way to dispense CBD oil is using a calibrated dropper or small calibrated syringe (you do not require a needle), available at most pharmacies or health stores.
Drop the CBD oil under the tongue for the quickest activation and maximum absorption. Make sure to hold oil under the tongue for 60 seconds before swallowing.
Alternatively, CBD oil can be ingested in food or drink, taking effect in about 1 to 2 hours.
A third way to administer the oil, is by using the pechoti method. Drop
1 ml into the belly button where uptake occurs through a network of veins.
For best results, it is recommended that CBD be taken regularly and consistently. The full benefits of it being incorporated into your routine can be felt after 10 to 14 days. However, CBD can also be used in isolation to treat situational conditions, and the effects will still be felt.
